Hello Tater Tots!
This week’s episode topic is about loneliness, social connection, and what I do to find community and connection when moving to a new place (or just to revamp your involvement even if you never moved!)
Social connection is extremely important to our health, and I think with social media, COVID times, and the overall individualistic society we live in - sometimes we forget how to go out looking for connection and involvement in a community.
I wanted to unpack and dive deeper into these topics while giving you some tips I’ve learned along the way - like giving yourself the option to change your mind when trying new things (because pressure to commit to something could potentially stop us from experiencing new things!)
Thank you so much for hanging out with me, if you could leave a review, like, subscribe, or leave a comment it would help me out so much with growing the channel!
Have the best week!
