I believe compliments are one of our superpowers (yes, we are Superheroes!) but we often don't use this power. We know how good it feels when we receive a compliment, yet when we like something about someone else, we often don’t go out of our way to tell them. Especially if it's a stranger!
In this episode, I explain why it's so important to GIVE THE DAMN COMPLIMENT and how it can actually impact someone's day. I also describe the difference between a plain ol' compliment and a real GENUINE compliment, because there is such a big difference!
I also get a little personal with you at the beginning of the episode with some unsolicited updates on my life. 😂

Since I’ve launched this podcast I have had so many people ask me if I will be interviewing men. And my answer has always been no. BUT that does not mean that this podcast is for female ears only. And it does not mean that I will never interview men in the future. In this episode, I’m going to explain why the Find Your Sexy podcast is actually a show for men as well as women.
