Aaron lives in Boulder, CO with his three kids. He writes software for a living, and sometimes words. Aaron's Unsent letter is adapted from a chapter of his upcoming memoir, widow— widower— widowest— a grief mosaic, written in collaboration with his late wife Polly via her journals (www.widowest.com).

Steph is a writer, podcaster, producer of live storytelling and comedy shows, and single mom to two teenage girls. Her writing has been featured in O Magazine, The Washington Post, Mutha Magazine, The Belladonna Comedy, and more. She is the Executive Producer of Listen To Your Mother Boulder and podcasts at Peri-Normal, a show about midlife neurodivergence, hormones, and happiness. We're honored to feature local Denver storyteller, Edith González, on this week's pod!

Edith got on the mic to share her Unsent love message to her husband at our Unsent Love Show on July 25, 2025 at Town Hall Collaborative.

Edith is a first generation Mexican American woman from South Texas. Her experiences have led to practicing sustainability in cooking, art and upcycling clothing. She’s an aspiring writer, focusing on storytelling about identity, esotericism and latinidad.

She's an aspiring writer, a sometimes comedian, and is on a mission to radicalize everyone into taking public transportation. You may know her from her major accomplishments which include going through Invisalign for two years, sewing a pillowcase without a zipper, and the thick, hunky cucumbers she’s growing in her garden.

Y'all are in for a real treat with this one. Talk about hilarious and surprising. Just how we like it here at Unsent.

Happy summer loved ones,

We're doing something a little different for this bonus episode, ya'll.

May is always a tender and busy time for our family. We have work deadlines, thousands of school events, birthdays, Mother's Day - and Britt's mom's birthday on May 20th. This sweet woman (named Mom/Jeanne/Grammy) passed away from pancreatic cancer on July 13, 2023.
