There are many different natural universal laws. And one of them is the law of polarities which Sanna talked about in today’s podcast episode.

As the word says, there are always two poles. Plus and minus, darkness and light, feminine and masculine. It is about balance and not seeing one without the other.

With these words, I feel it saying in me, that without part 2 of this beautiful conversation I had with Sanna 3 weeks ago, it would not be complete.

Let me tease you a little bit and let me tell you that you DO NOT live your full potential right now! Why am I being so direct why do I think I have the right to say that?

Not to tell you off or demotivate you. The opposite is actually true. I say that statement because I KNOW there is more in you. Because we all do not live our full potential even if we’re already living a lot of it.

What if it is okay where you are in this moment in your life and yet there is more in you that can be brought to life?

I want to invite you to just be open for it for a moment.

And let me tell you that I’ve got triggered a lot when I heard that being said to me in the past. Because I thought that I am already doing sooo much and I just can’t anymore! It made me so angry to hear it. And yet, there was a part in me that knew, “Yes, these words are true. There is more in me.”

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲:

You can live more of your full potential without burning out or being completely exhausted. The opposite is the case again. The connection to you 𝕚𝕟𝕟𝕖𝕣 𝕡𝕠𝕨𝕖𝕣 is the key to evolve your full potential and feeling empowered while you live it!

What if it is okay? What if whatever is shown and presented in your life right now, at this moment, is okay?

What would that give you? How would you feel if it is okay?

I feel free. I feel spacious. I feel alive when IT IS OKAY. What does it mean “it is okay”? It is a state of allowance. And this allowance is a part of vulnerability to me.

This episode evolved out of an inquiry into myself about the purpose and reason why I am doing what I am doing.

From Friday to Monday (today), I have dropped the idea of having a podcast, having my website, offering coaching sessions. I was inquiring into it if this is what my soul wants to express.

I wanted to see the depth of my soul’s motivation for doing my work. I asked myself what happens and evolves if I fully drop the motivation that comes from a place of doing things out of a habit or because we are supposed to do something.

I allowed this state of emptiness for 2 full days. And it was fascinating what evolved.

I want to bring more vulnerability into the world, allowance towards vulnerability, and encourage one to live from one’s own heart’s guidance.

It starts with understanding on an experiential level who we really are. How are you?

What comes to your mind when you think about self-care?

Do you brush your teeth after your meals? Do you wash your face and do you shower?

I think so.

Talking about the physical body is so close to my heart. Seeing the inner hatred towards the own physical body within others and experiencing it in myself hurts a lot.

Your body, my body, our all bodies, is the home of our own soul. Through our body, we are able to experience life here on earth. And yet, there is so much judgement and criticism towards our body. So much trying to push the body into perfection and not feeling grateful for it.

When there is the loving connection to your own body though, you experience automatically a life filled with so much more love and abundance. And I know it from myself, that it is oftentimes not easy to create that loving connection to our body. Many of us empaths also left the body at some point in their life, because it was too painful otherwise.

Whenever we are in between our dreams and the critic against it, whenever we are between our potential and our wounds, whenever we are between our light and our shadows - we are split from within.

It does not only cost a lot of energy to jump back and forth between these two poles. It is also causing this manifestation of that gap in the outside, in your life. It is unsatisfying.

What we experience right now in our society is a gap, a split. And it is because you are split from within. It is because I am split from within. It is because we are split from within.

And at the same time, it is now the time to close that gap within you! It is time that you allow yourself to dream. It is time that you live your potential. We all have dreams. You have dreams. Every dream, no matter how small, counts!

Go and live. Go and close that gap.

Do you keep working on the same wounds, on the same topics over and over again? And you feel that this is never going to end?

Wound Healing is a big topic and at the same time not I feel. We all have emotional wounds that we carry in our system. And sometimes you might ask yourself why these wounds keep ripping open again and again. Do you?

To be honest with you, yes, some wounds are very deep and they need a lot of healing. More than others and they are coming also back for the next layer to heal.

And at the same time, when it comes to wound healing, there is also a huge trap you can fall into.

Maybe it is you that keeps ripping these wounds open again and again. Maybe the wound is already ready to heal. Maybe it is you who is standing in the way to finally let this wound heal.

Maybe you are not wounded beyond healing.

There is something to celebrate. Unwrap Your Mind is now one year old. Wow. Time really is just a concept. Sometimes it feels like it's never going to pass and sometimes it feels like things have just happened yesterday even though one year passed.
