Yes, there are a few diatribes in here about sports physicals paperwork getting labeled "urgent." It's on my list of "ridiculous things that drive me nuts." You've got your own lists, don't judge me!
I hope this episode helps us to be clear on the need to make more things in our lives important, and to start to unlabel them as urgent, even if we have to pause ourselves first.
