Lt. Joe Neff, U.S. Coast Guard Public Affairs Officer, joins Lisa Dent to discuss the active flare that washed up on Montrose Beach. Lt. Neff encourages people to not touch the flares which are silver cylinders, 15-18 inches in length with military warning labels. If found, Lt. Neff is asking the public to alert the authorities. Three phosphorus pyrotechnics are still unaccounted for.
