When one of these is ours, we naturally work to compensate by other means.  Sometimes we eat more when we are tired. Sometimes we use coping strategies to compensate. Do you ever notice that when one of these areas is off, it affects our ability to feel the Holy Ghost?

In today's podcast, we talk about how prioritizing the five pillars can help us feel the impressions of the Holy Ghost, why it matters, and what we can do to take steps forward!
