Governor Spencer Cox -- joined by state, business, and energy leaders -- continues to tour Canada this week on a mission to strengthen trade ties between the state and Canada. One thing that's been a focus of the visit so far is energy and natural resources. In fact, Canada's Fraser Institute has identified Utah as not one of the most -- but as THE MOST -- attractive location for mining investment.
