Many younger adults these days are choosing to delay or not have kids at all... Due to affordability issues and concerns around support after they have kids. Utah lawmakers are expected to unveil their push to support families this afternoon. One of the ways they want to do that is to expand maternity leave for state employees to 12 weeks instead of 6.  Representative Ariel Defay joins the show to explain the proposal.
