Most of this episode is dedicated to talking about decentering men: a practice (and/or lifestyle) that calls for women (not exclusively women though) to center themselves and their needs and deprioritize catering to patriarchal demands. Listen now!
I'm back!! March was a wild month, but very excited to get things going again. I talk about whether or not I might be emotionally unavailable after all (and what my therapist had to say about that) plus I answer a listener question about whether or not they should move to a new city for a better chance at finding love. Listen now and enjoy!
This episode is a dive into ~manifestation~ and how it can relate to the previous episodes about "quitting" dating. Reframing the narrative! Plus, a few quick updates and more.

Here's the rest of the conversation! Diving into the topic of "quitting" dating -- what that means, and why it's not as bleak as it sounds. Maybe. Listen to part one if you haven't yet, then immediately get into this!
I gabbed too much on this one. It's a loaded topic!! So I've made it into two parts. Referencing an August 2024 article from Atlantic "The People Who Quit Dating" I dive into what this means and my personal relation to it. Next part will be posted in a couple of days.
Back for a more productive 2025! Expect weekly episodes moving forward and if not, still a lot more frequent!!! For this week's episode, I dive into the movie Babygirl and how much it bugged me! But this is less about the movie itself and actually a wider conversation about how women are almost always portrayed as sexually submissive in mainstream erotic media.
Lots to catch up on! I give some personal life updates, then get into a message I recieved that has more to do with the previous episode about fatness in dating, and THEN get into the rise of the 4B Movement. Listen now!
This was a tough one to talk through because trust me, I don't want to sound negative about my body at all, but I tried to tackle the loaded topic of fatness and dating and the many complications and mixed signals that arise from being a fat woman on the dating scene. There will probably be a part two to this!
It's another solo ep...yay!! (I hope)
I dive into my little bullshit. Some life updates, and a general question I hope you'll respond to.
THEN, I answer a listener question about whether or not to respond to a love bomber's rejection message.
Listen now!
I am joined by comedian Rachele Friedland, a fellow "active dater" who likes talking about this stuff! And is good at it! We had a great conversation covering a wide range of topics. You are going to want to listen to this bad boy!!!
Note: The audio quality isn't perfect because I am bad at audio technology and still learning. Totally still listenable though. And you should listen!
