[00:00:00] I want to answer six important questions for your KPIs. [00:00:10] Setting goals and KPIs or key performance indicators is a standard procedure in any business that wants to succeed. [00:00:18]But how to make it all more specific and meaningful. [00:00:44]Then think of why do you need those goals in the first place? [00:01:06] Now there's no point in setting goals. [00:01:28] Also, if it's a look back goal, set out a specific date of when this goal is due next, who is actually included when. [00:02:00] Once you have a clear idea of everything, you need to understand how all the metrics and KPIs are calculated and what data points you need after you're clear. And that comes to the decision. [00:02:13] What software will you use to house all the data points. [00:02:38] You should always build SOP. [00:03:00] Everyone needs to understand all the integrations and data mapping.

[00:01:07]They're all equally important, but it's important to prioritize them. In every business, whether it's big or small, there's the need to plan.

[00:01:47] Plan those goals to feel that success and successful create that momentum.

[00:02:00]Write all your strategic objectives down and prioritize them where the first one is the highest priority and the last one, the lowest.

[00:02:29] When prioritizing your objectives, try to remove your emotions from those that are at the bottom of your list.
