In today's episode, I had the opportunity to talk with Vern Powell, CJF (TE). Vern is the owner of MVP's Farrier Service in Marengo, Illinois, USA and has been a farrier for 20 years. He is the chairman of the American Farrier's Association Cultural Exchange Program and throughout this episode shares many great stories about the exchange. The mission of the Cultural Exchange is to select, organize and supervise an international exchange of farriers between the AFA and participating national farriery associations.
