Today we're joined by Dr Erik Won and Ned Mason of Wave Neuroscience.
Dr Erik Won, President and CMO, joined Wave Neuro after serving as the Chief Physician & Technology Officer for Boeing Company. He also served as a US Navy Flight Surgeon for Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 268, and received the distinction of serving as the Aviation Combat Element Flight Surgeon for the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit.
Dr. Won completed his residency at Harvard where he was appointed Chief Resident. He also received a Masters In Public Health from the Harvard School of Public Health and an MBA from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
Ned is the Director of Operations at Wave Neuroscience, responsible for the company’s commercial operations and revenue generation. His mission is to democratize access to cutting edge mental wellness technology – the same technology that saved his life four years ago.
Prior to joining Wave Neuroscience, Ned was the Commanding Officer of a Navy SEAL team. He spent 20 years as a SEAL, including multiple combat tours. He specializes in executive management, and enjoys building and empowering teams to exceed their goals.
Ned received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a M.S. and M.A. from the Naval Postgraduate School, and his commission from the U.S. Naval Academy.
