Vibrations Seris

I loved Jungle and DnB since I was a teenager. After a long journey through House and Techno I had a surprising b2b set with the godfather of DnB - Sir Goldie, about 8-9 years ago. We almost didn't played any electronic music that night, but the meeting inspired me to start digging bass music again. As I’m expected to play house and techno on my shows - with such and open format as Upperberry. I saw the chance to show my other passion. There is no deep philosophy behind this mix, just music I dance to, sometimes with hands in the air, sometimes eyes closed.

Change is the universe’s rhythm, and an open mind its dance. To grow, we must question, explore, and let go—knowing that even failure carves the path to something greater.

The aim of this set is to create a soundscape that merges dubstep’s raw textures and broken beats with the wild, organic energy of the jungle, forming a juxtaposition between city life and nature. It’s about blurring the lines between the two, crafting the kind of music I love to listen to while navigating Berlin’s urban landscape. Unlike my usual techno sets, this mix leans into atmosphere and mood, exploring a broader range of environments rather than focusing on the technical side. I hope you enjoy the journey.

Inspired by the long, dark months and the physical and emotional sickness that often accompanies them, this collection of music weaves together original productions and discovered gems that resonate with the season’s duality: its harshness and its solace. Filled with rhythmic tracks with layers of different textures, the mix mirrors the tension and release of winter’s grip.

Without endings, beginnings lose their purpose. Slowing down doesn’t mean stopping—it means opening up, making space for what was and what’s to come. The paradox is that in letting go, you find what was meant for you all along, bringing you knowledge that one is inherently connected with the other. This mix is intentionally but equipping you to be the main character of the chapter. The horizon is wide open for you to fall into.

With this mix I tried a world building concept with tracks I listen often. Τα πολλά λόγια είναι φτώχεια.

The mix explores the intricate connection between the mind and body. What makes you lose control—the groove, the hypnosis, or both seamlessly combined?

This mix is a tribute to my playfulness and the ever changing times. That child might have left that place but that place will always be in this child, inside of my heart.

Here’s a poem I wrote in remembrance of everything that shape us:

In the green cradle of my youth,

Where trees whispered the purest truth

We unearthed treasures, dreams untold

A treehouse refuge, a world of gold.

My father’s rhythm, my mother’s art,

Blend in beats that stir the heart.

Techno sway with jazz’s grace,

A techno of roots, a timeless space.

This mix, my soul’s melody,

nature’s pulse, my legacy.

This is a mix that showcases what we are right now at this moment in time. Old tracks, new tracks, tracks by us but most importantly it's music that inspire us. That makes us want to push harder and better.
