They lead to better sleep, improved sex drive, decreased pain and inflammation, greater mental clarity, improves strength and stamina, improved mood regulation. For example, we know that inflammation is one of the roots of pain and where there's inflammation, blood flow to the region is restricted. And, therefore, it is unable to deliver the healing benefits of the immune system that it carries. Light therapy has been proven to be able to help reduce these adverse effects and improve overall health and wellbeing.
From my perspective, light therapy is the go-to biohack. Unlike conventional medicine, it captures light that radiates from our body in a healing capacity.
