In this vlog, I share my reflections after returning from New Zealand, where I attended the Advanced ABCs training with Christine Spicer. It’s a true “coming home” moment and not just from travel, but to myself and my Human Design experiment as a Reflector.
I talk about what it means to live in alignment with your natural flow, why forcing consistency can pull Reflectors out of correctness, and how tracking your lunar cycle and circuitry can reveal powerful patterns. I share a story from an Uber ride that reminded me of the value of listening to lived experience, and I challenge common myths about Reflectors — especially the idea that we “can’t work.”
You’ll also hear about my own journey of integrating Human Design with trauma counselling, EMDR, and deep personal work, and why returning to the original mechanics of Human Design has been a turning point for me. This is part travel diary, part real-life insight into what it’s like to live as a Reflector.
If you’re a Reflector, curious about Human Design, or looking for inspiration to live more in tune with your own design, this episode is for you.
