We surround ourselves with the elements that protect our four walls of foundation. Personal security is huge on our list of needs, and it requires a sense of knowing. But, in this age of major corporations failing not only consumers but their employees, walls are coming down. What are you doing to protect your path?

We post a lot of stuff on social media. In all that you share, do you have a presence about you that might in fact inspire you to follow through with what you're messaging? Do you inspire yourself? Or do you rely on others to keep you afloat?

All we hear about at work is how bored people are. They're tired of giving to needy bosses. Upset that favoritism is rampant and for some sick reason you still can't figure out the winning combination at work. Ummm maybe the problem isn't them but rather you.

It's a tough one to bite into. While growing up in the 70's and 80's I rarely if ever heard a teenager bitch about being exhausted with life and its daily challenges. Today, everybody, every age group is bitching, moaning and complaining about not having enough fuel to grow forward. WTF?

The very second we walk into our places of business the tone of the day is set. It's the roster! Who didn't show up? Who is the manager on duty? That roster controls your mindsets. Your guests or clients feel your negative vibe. Why? How can you change that?

We all say it, " I don't have time for this." Really? Yet you are willing to do that! I don't have time for this. Is it keeping you from your greatest victory?

We will brag all day about the art of knowing and executing our skills as time managers. Are you really playing by the rules or just looking for an easy out? Time management isn't running out to play golf during business hours. That's conceit and self-serving because there's an entire team of people still trying to make it through their day. No matter how hard they work on time management there's no way they can get out to play. It starts at the top. Be the leader not the better than you.

My father always said, "Do not speak unless spoken to." That's how I've lived my life. I normally do not start the conversation. Not until I'm spoken to. Dad's rules! In this case Dad has been very very wrong.

Constantly we are reminded of other people's anxiety and or stress. How does it sit inside you? Are you the end result of someone else's bad day. Because you are so loving and compassionate, it makes you an automatic target to get hit by other people's emotions. How do you protect your heart and soul growing forward?

We're all extremely guilty of sacrificing a huge chunk of our life in the name of keeping peace on your street. What we do for others physically takes away from your efforts and dreams and most of the time you aren't getting that space back. As long as you offer your energy to others they will endlessly depend on it. Breaking that cycle in the way of realizing your own set aside dreams.
