Take action against racism. Please.

I've been musing about time and the meaning of life - just light stuff! I came to a couple of interesting conclusions and here they are.

We're all feeling quite frustrated and maybe even a little bit angry at the state of the world. Here are my thoughts on managing that.

It's not too late. It's not too late to grow. Or to change. You can do whatever you want to do. Don't be disheartened. Do your best.

This week I chat about positive detachment; how to not let outcomes affect you as you strive to do the best you can.
