  • s4 - EP 002 - Rhiann Barton - On unpacking my White Privilege
The current uprising has meant that many White people have started to reflect on their whiteness, their white privilege, and the things they can do to make changes so that future generations experience a better world.
But this will not be easy work, for many, the fear of unpacking their white privilege may be too much. In this episode, I speak to Rhiann Barton a White woman from Wales in the United Kingdom who has been unpacking her White Privilege for years. We speak about her learnings, her journey, and the courage needed to really undertake this work.

  • Pandemics, Race protests and Issa and Lawrence reconcile whew chile, what a week!
Hey guys, this is the midweek check in episode for #TheVulnerablePodcast and I have to say as much as I love doing interviews, I really enjoyed recording this solo episode.
I reflect on a week that has seen not only a global pandemic in full force, but the racism the collective outrage, the return of anonymous to twitter, and I answered questions from you guys the #thevulnerablepodcast community on what the work that needs to be done to find love that is true, vulnerable, holds you accountable and lets you fly free.
    I do hope you enjoy!

  • s4 - EP 001 - Richie Brave - On the power of your voice
In this episode I interview Richie Brave who discusses the power of using your voice to bring light to issues that would otherwise not be heard and how important it is to use your voice even when you don’t have the confidence to do so. As someone who often struggles with taking up space, I personally took so much away from this conversation and so I hope you do too. Just a caution though, there is a tiny delay on this episode as it was recorded via zoom, issa pandemic chile so bare with us.

  • s3 EP 009 - Becoming Ade ft Ade Adeniji
In this episode I sat down with one of my favourite people Ade Adeniji. I first met Ade at the Bridge Retreat, last year where we hit if off immediately. He is one of the wisest people I know and so I just had to get him on the podcast.
Ade is a coach, consultant, and founder of The Quest a company that helps gay men better understand and transform the relationships they have with themselves, others and the world they inhabit.
I know I am biased but Ade is an ICON. I can't wait for you to hear this episode.

  • s3 EP 007 - Fatherhood Redefined ft Papa B
In this episode I spoke to Papa B, about redefining the way he approaches fatherhood. Being of Nigerian heritage he was raised by a strict father, and not encouraged or supported to explore his emotions, which stunted his growth as a man.
We explore repairing generational traditions, diving deep into the uncomfortable spaces and sitting still in your pain, leading by example, and surrender.
It's a wonderful episode. We're so grateful for you sharing your time with us. @Iam_papab

About Vulnerable Podcast

From the publisher's feed

Hosted by Allysa Rochelle, Vulnerable Podcast explores vulnerabilities as strengths and not weaknesses. Each episode I invite a guest to speak on how they have managed to turn some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives into powerful learning experiences, and we explore how these experiences have developed them spiritually and contributed to their wellbeing practice.
