Hour 1:  California Panera Bread franchise owner Greg Flynn said he will raise the minimum wage for his employees after accusations he benefited from ties to the state's governor to avoid hiking pay. The Public Utilities Commission approved a PG&E rate hike Thursday that will add about $5 a month to the average bill. The Central California Psychedelic Summit say they believe a gathering focused on psilocybin and other psychedelics will be beneficial & the first of its kind in Fresno.
