In our newest episode, I sit down with filmmaker/ director Jake Zaoutis in Solana Beach.  Jake grew up in Philadelphia, watching Weird Waves with Dylan Graves, which inspired him to want to learn to surf and create a surf film.  Jake was a fan of surfing but was not a surfer himself.  While studying abroad, Jake learned how to surf in Australia.  He wanted to make a surf film and realized that the older guys/ legends had a real story to tell.  Waiting For Waves tells the story of three surfers getting older while keeping their youth.  This is an excellent movie about doing what you love and never stopping.
