In a conversational style episode, Jane Stark and I share our unique near-death experiences (NDE) and what we've learned from them. Our experiences were both connected to childbirth; mine was after my second miscarriage and Jane's was after she hemorrhaged after giving birth to her first child. Neither of us understood what we had experienced until years later and we both questioned whether our experiences were 'real'. As we explore this together, we share the amazing gifts that have come from our NDE, including deep gratitude and reverence for life.
Jane is a Leadership & Wellbeing Coach, as well as a certified Habit Change Coach. She's the co-host of the No Halos Here podcast with Jen Lang. Both Jane & Julie are highly sensitive empaths, and both have daughters who share the same traits.

What if there was a way to infuse gratitude into all aspects of your life? Tim Young and his family are doing just that. Tim is a successful entrepreneur as the founder of Small Farm Nation, a website that offers books and marketing resources for the farming community, as well as a podcast with over 700,000 downloads. He and his wife Liz have chosen to homeschool their daughter and Tim decided that he would teach Maisy how to become an entrepreneur like dad! Together they came up with the idea for Gratitude Garb, an online clothing store with a mission of 'spreading gratitude by wearing gratitude'. Tim & I had a lot of fun together and I promise we'll be back again with another episode.
