Today's extra special Podcast we had two guests. Calum Woodger Sports Journalist for the Dundee Evening Telegraph, Courier and Sunday Post. Also Greg Fenton DFC Community Trust Manager. Both guests spoke eloquently about what can help for folk suffering with Mental Health issues . Also more fab poems.

Agenda today was talking Saturday's Walk. Introduction to Claire and talking about her Son being sectioned. Chez read a poem and helpline numbers.

This is Chez reading out the poem that Louise and herself wrote. Which should of been recorded but Richard!! Had a Senior moment and he's only 50!!.

At the Rio in Newport on Tay our Agenda was talking about our Halloween Walk. The Samaritans and how listeners can help. Also Richie spoke about his upbringing and how his Mental Health affected him and how he moved on. We also spoke about writing therapy particular Poems. We ended this week's Podcast talking about our walk on Saturday in the rain and this week's forthcoming walk.

This week our third episode we met up thanks to the fantastic folk at the Rio Centre in Newport on Tay. Chez spoke about her Self Harm and we also spoke with Euan Roberts from Andy Man's Club Dundee. Plus Val's 50th birthday at the Balgay and Lucas-jak chaired the Podcast.

Today's Podcast we set out a agenda of what we wanted to express our opinions on though we are not saying we are experts, but we have work and personal experience. Subjects we covered include Care in the Community, No mmm's, Covid-19 and the Event of the Year. The three of us found todays podcast emotional and fulfilling plus so much fun.

Today we were talking about the bridge to bridge Walk and talk that Val and Chez organised ,but I helped a wee bit with publishing the walk online.
