Turbulence is one of the most unpredictable of all the weather phenomena. Have you ever been on a flight where the turbulence is so bad that you think, this is it, this is how it all goes down? Luckily, I have been on just a few of these flights and they all taught me something about myself. I say luckily because I travel around the world often so anytime a flight goes up and lands on the ground with everyone breathing is a great freaking day.  Recently, I was flying from Arizona to Colorado and I got to thinking about the word turbulence.  It could be a stubbed toe, a rocky marriage, a child with special needs, or a terminal diagnosis. Think about that, our perception of the turbulence in our lives is vastly different and important to consider when we interact with others.

People don't realize until they are on their deathbed and everything external falls away that no thing ever had anything to do with who they are. I remember walking into my bedroom, dropping to my knees at my bedside, hands pressed so tightly in front of my heart I could feel the sweat running down my forearms, my head dropped as I surrendered. The wetness from my eyes ran into the creases of my mouth as I prayed, prayed I would fall asleep and not wake up. This is the only time in my life I remember losing my will to live and today I wanted to deep dive into thinking greater than you feel and becoming grounded in uncertainty.

If you want a husband, clearly write out all this man embodies, his sexy broad shoulders down to the vulnerability in his heart.  If you want be wealthy, write out the number in your bank account, tell other people how you are getting there and actually see yourself there right now.
