This week on Nation we talk all about spring! It’s the best time of year for window cleaners, and close to the best time of year for a pressure washers, which is usually after the pollen. But if we could some how know why people call us when they do we would all be filthy rich! That simply isn’t the case. What we can do is try to see the signs of spring. This week on nation we talk all about how to price window cleaning for 2024. There’s three different types of window cleaning. There is residential window, cleaning, commercial window cleaning, and route window cleaning, and each one has its own price. If you haven’t looked at your pricing in a while, I’m guaranteeing you it’s a little bit low. We always need to be improving our price as we are improving our business. There’s no better time to do that than the beginning of the year. As a challenge if you’re pricing is not quite right, change that pricing so that you are bringing every new customer in at the right price and you’ll make a huge difference in your company.

You see window cleaners out there saying that it's impossible to find anyone good, or they don’t even get anyone to apply. Maybe it's not that they aren’t out there, maybe its that the good ones don’t want to work for you. It all starts with an employment ad. This time of year every one is going through their minds about how much they want to grow this year. This week on nation, we are going to talk all about finding your customer. Once you find out who your customer is, it’s much easier to sell window cleaning to them. An avatar is who your majority Customer is. It’s not an exact representation of everybody, but who mainly buys from you. If you can speak to them directly, you’ll have the best ROI you can have. It’s like targeting Facebook ads. If you connect with the people who are looking for your service and talk to them and terms, they can understand, you are going to skyrocket your ROI. This is also going to allow you to do multiple types of ads speaking to different types of people and each ad will now get more customers than you ever thought you could have

Well, this week we talk all about the age-old concept of price vs value. It's one piece to the business puzzle that hurts the most I think. People are always talking about the price, I mean, it's on a daily basis if you are on Facebook. But no one talks about value. Price just doesn't matter if you are in the ballpark. Even when that is something that you may feel is too high, you need to focus on value. When there is value you aren't focused on price. It just isn't the point any longer, but people don't seem to know their window cleaning company’s value. That is tough to see. If you don't have your USP figured out this is an awesome episode!
