Florian's passion for pottery was ignited during his time at the Rudolf Steiner School, where he pursued ceramics for both GCSEs and A-Levels. Under the guidance of his teacher Caroline Hughes, Florian spent countless hours perfecting his wheel-throwing skills. During this period, he had the opportunity to further enhance his craft through a work placement at Leach Pottery in St. Ives, where he assisted renowned production thrower Jack Doherty and his team.
