He’s countersuing for airline tickets and emotional distress.

Then, In this Judge Mathis Throwback, the plaintiff says the defendant is a regular at the bar where she works. She loaned him a scooter, but he never returned it, so she’s suing. The defendant says he tried to get in touch about the scooter, but was not able to. In a Fast Forward, the plaintiff returns for a new case — and she’s suing another friend.
