I went in on Abuse on women, especially in the industry, and how the history of "tip" comes from Old Slavery laws around the civil war.
Must listen there is so much good stuff in here. near the end, I also tell the story of what happened to me the other day at Gracie O Malleys bar here in Chicago as a key example of how toxic and tight-knit the industry is and how a mans word will always be taken seriously above the Womens.
