Joined by my brother from Canada James Johnson.  Tried to have him on the Mega Scrap for Building Construction, but of course life got in the way the day of the broadcast. Well he's back and we dive into all sorts of topics, including, leadership and culture.  Questions and discussions about new trends in building construction, what it means for the fire service battlespace. Then  we talk about another passion of James' which is his love of Jiu-Jitsu and the benefits of it for firefighters.  All of this plus everything the audience threw our way.
