Joined on this episode by none other than the man, the myth, the legend Mr. Training Seconds himself, Ron Smith! I am excited for this one and looking forward to all of the topics we will attempt to tackle.  The surprise was of course that Kyle Romagus was in town, and he co-hosted this scrap!
