Joined by the one and only Dr. Benjamin, and it was a fun discussion.  We talked about so much when it comes to leadership, and the dive was much deeper than all the normal cliché buzzwords.  Experience Vs. Wisdom.  The Ego trap. The real cause of Burnout! Devastating the morale. How damaging intentions can be... all of this was on the agenda plus everything that the audience threw our way.  It was an awesome time!!!!
