Chief Scott Thompson comes back onto the Scrap to dissect and focus on MCDP 7: Learning. Then we are going to talk about leadership and mentoring as well as any and all rabbit holes and squirrels we want to chase.  Chief fielded a bunch of viewer questions some of which were very hard hitting!  He then shared his books that all firefighters should be reading, and of course the five questions for firefighters!
