  • Week 17 - Huabun - Scream
Smaller one this week. Started a few different ideas this week, but I chose to finish this one (because I also kinda ran out of ideas on how to continue the other ones heh - I might come back to the other ideas in later weeks though :) ).
    Hope you enjoy it :)

  • Week 17 - clonedkitty - Music Box II: Dracula's Return
This week was a "Sunday Special"...couldn't think of anything all week so on Sunday I just fell back on my standard "find a drum sequence and add moody arpeggios to it." Drums are something I want to eventually learn so I can have more control and add in more variations, but at the moment it seems daunting and time consuming to create more than just a very basic pattern on my own. Transitions and risers are another thing I struggle with, but that isn't something to be worried about a few hours before the deadline :)
When I finished it kind of felt like a spiritual successor to a track I made for a game jam I did 2 years ago, so that's where its name comes from: Music Box
edit: After reading everyone's responses in WB meets I decided to amend the title to include Dracula in it :D

  • Week 17 - Tomavatars - Steppy Snap
    Hi!
This week was release week for my latest Max for Live module: Steppy Snap!
As I made a trailer and some music for it with Steppy Snap and as Peter from CDM covered the release and seemed to want a track with "Steppy Snappy" vocals, well, I thought it would be nice to fulfil the wish :)
Here's the article from CDM https://cdm.link/msteppysnap-for-ableton-live/
I pretty much like the track even if I finished it in last minute.
    Have a nice week!

  • Week 17 - Fàtima - Between the Roses and the Sky
vigorous plants with long, flexible canes that can be trained to cover structures like trellises, arbors, and walls. Unlike rambling roses, which typically bloom once a year, many modern climbing varieties are repeat bloomers that provide color from late spring through fall.

  • Week 17 - mzunguko - VIBES
Burning the candle at both ends, but music is my happy place so I grabbed another loop I had, a basic TR1000 drum pattern and some perc. I then added 4 additional drum racks worth of percussion, some guitar (because you know still trying to learn that beast) some strings (UVI Falcon) and grabbed some more vocals from my Vocalfy downloads(I think I have a backlog of some 70+ vocals waiting for tracks). I am doing some plugin development research and will hopefully have some things in the near future worth sharing, that is just one of the projects that is taking all my time "free" time.
As always I am so grateful for your continued support, even though I haven't been as active as I would like (still finding some time to at least keep the streak unbroken, as I really do need this outlet with everything else going bonkers)

  • Week 17 - Xavier - Day Breeze
For this one I was going for something similar to Pink Pantheress, since the artist I’m producing for wants some fun dance music, listening to it I also hear some for sure sonic adventure influence.
