I wanted to explore sample chops on the m8 but the end result is a very uninspired track and there was no time to work it further. I feel like I understand the workflow (a bunch of different ways of doing chops) but I'm so new at it that it feels very time consuming and trial and error to do it well.

I have a broader goal of learning much more about the m8 and its workflow to rely on it when I travel, so I’m going to stick with the m8 next week and see if I can come to grips with it.

I want to become one with the machine like so many of you here on WB!

So, I got into a gacha game. They got me.

Playing lots of ZZZ and trying to pull for Dialyn but my luck has been so bad I basically do maximum effort and pulls for every character I try to play.

The game is fun enough like Kingdom Hearts... That I can't help it. Needless to say, I play a lot of games and then sampled a bit of ZZZ in the intro into some gnarly beats mixed in with some fun melodies. I hope you enjoy!

It was supposed to be an ordinary WB track. We’re recording again in the final hours before the deadline. But a siren was wailing outside, and the sounds of explosions drifted from afar while he was recording the guitar.

I stayed home to finish up the drums while he stepped out for a while. He asked me to post it myself if he didn't make it back home before the deadline. Now, I’m releasing the track on my own because he hasn’t returned yet.

...and I hear sirens outside again.
