We speak with hundreds of people each year who are struggling with weight and binge eating. Nearly 100% have tried multiple diets or meal plans in that year, and often decades of diets before that.
We’ve found that the people who always gain the weight back are the people who:
- Weigh themselves frequently
- Think about weight all the time
- Look at foods as “good” or “bad”
- Criticize themselves while looking in the mirror
- Are always trying to lose weight
- Sabotage themselves as they get closer to their goal weight
