This week we dig into the importance of not only planning out vacations but also taking the time to do the things you like; trying to create a routine outside of your regular day to day activities/duties.
This can help avoid work burnout while also allowing you to recharge.
We find that doing these simple things can help us cope with life even when something stressful is happening:
-Do Yoga/Meditate 🧘♀️
-Read a book or journal
-Time in nature/sunlight
-Listening to your fave podcast/music
-Doing an activity after work
-Taking time to schedule out appointments for self care
