April 08, 2020Wellness Wednesday - How Are You Using This Time?Today I am talking about how precious time is and that we can choose to use this as an opportunity to be better. It’s time to go inward and ask yourself what you want for your life. None of us are guaranteed a life until we are 80, so when this is all over I want to know that I did everything I could to be better, wiser, faster, stronger, kinder, and more loving. It’s not selfish to take care of yourself, it’s 100% necessary. Your life is yours, so ultimately how you choose to live is up to you. But ask yourself this: when this is over who do I want to be? In 5 years how will I view this time? Will I be proud or will I be disappointed? Everything in life can be an used as an opportunity if we make the choice to adapt and evolve accordingly. March 30, 2020I changed my Intro - What I learned is a good lesson for life.So I’ve been having a problem with my intro. I felt like it pigeon holed me and created a one dimensional kind of topic. March 15, 2020How I’m feeling about COVID-19There’s a lot going on right now. The energy is heavy, people are scared, there’s a lot of fear and panic about the unknowns. I myself do not deal with situations like this very well, I am naturally a deep thinker and can get myself into a bit of an emotional spiral when big things are happening in the world. My health is so important to me, so I am focusing on reducing my stress levels the best I can, nourishing my body, calming my mind, and feeling empowered in the decisions I am making for myself.
