There is an increase in the number of children who are emotionally unstable, have been diagnosed with mental illness, behave in anti-social ways and event the rates of suicide are continuing to rise.

    Are the modern world challenges affecting the copying ability in our young people. It seems to me that there is an important need to improve everyone’s understanding of resilience. With a world full of uncertainty, resilience is a vital ingredient for everyone to thrive. It is essential skills for parents and carers of children to teach and role model if we want to improve the wellbeing of young people.
