Heyyyyy!!! My name is Naseema McElroy and I am a Labor and Delivery Nurse on the path to financial freedom. After being tired of making too much money to be broke I set out on a path to turn my finances around and went on to pay off nearly a million dollars in debt in under three years.

I started Financially Intentional in 2016 to track my progress in paying off my massive debt. It has now grown into a platform where I help people like you change your relationship with money and make money work for you so that you can live your best life.

I'm excited to be launching this podcast "Nurses on Fire" as it merges my two passions: Nursing and Personal Finance. I want to bring to you nurses that are doing big things with money and business to let you know what's possible for you.
