According to Healthline, Imposter Syndrome “involves feelings of self-doubt and personal incompetence that persist despite your education, experience, and accomplishments.” It’s really a battle with yourself - the way you view your self and the way others view you. You find it IMPOSSIBLE to see yourself, your talents, your successes and you negate them by not believing in yourself. 

Can you raise your hand or comment if you have ever felt like you don’t belong? Or you have been given something you don’t deserve? Or that soon people will find out that you are not qualified (when you really actually are)? Or that you are just not smart enough and soon you will stumble? Really… have you ever felt not worthy of the blessings and gifts you have in your life…. I know I have. This is something both Sarai and I struggle with and it takes work to overcome it.
