What happened to Mary & Beth Stauffer? On May 16th, 1980 - Mary & her 8 year old daughter Beth were abducted outside of a beauty salon in Roseville, Minnesota. The kidnapper asked Mary, “Do you remember me?” Mary said no.. she truly did not recognize this man. That’s when the kidnapper revealed that 15 years ago, she was his high school math teacher & that since then, he was obsessed with her… & knew, he had to have her.
