Mark Cook coached at UCLA and Stanford as well as started University of Arkansas Women's Gymnastics team.  He shares with us what that was like to build a team from ground zero.  What strategy did he have when giving out scholarships and what his goals were in finding the right recruits.  We discuss what Clemson may be doing today to get things started and the strategy Amy may have to build her team.
