I would say 90% of the time our clients cast a wider net at some point in the recruiting process. It should not be something that is frowned upon or negative. It is common and normal. Jill shares some tips on knowing when it is time to possibly make a change and open up to more options. Sometimes it might surprise you, how great the new options could be.
