Dr. John Bergsma is a Catholic biblical scholar, author, and professor of Theology at the Franciscan University of Steubenville. He was a former Protestant pastor that has now been Catholic since 2001. He holds a doctorate in Theology from the University of Notre Dame and specializes in the Old Testament and the Dead Sea Scrolls.
