Full Hour | In today’s third hour, Dom leads off the Dom Giordano Program by telling that guest Alan Dershowitz will instead be appearing today at 2:30PM after taking an emergency call, leading him to play back audio from Alan’s Dershow in which the professor speculated that Judge Merchan could replace one of the jurors if the jury doesn’t come to a conclusion desired by both the Biden administration and the Judge himself.

Then, Dom welcomes in Professor Alan Dershowitz onto the Dom Giordano Program to discuss the aforementioned speculation, explaining past rare instances in which a judge replaced a juror, warning of the utter damage that this would present to the Country if he were to unconstitutionally replace a juror due to a decision he did not agree with. Dershowitz, who mentioned he saw the ‘real Judge Merchan’ on his Dershow podcast, explains what he meant, telling the side of the judge that he got to see that suggests bias.
