Greatest.Of.All.Time. or GOAT as the kids would say...

This is another episode in a (random but timely) series of episodes in which Chad and Zac talk about ministry things that are "GOATED."

But seriously, what moves a volunteer from the middle of the pack to the top of the charts? Is it an innate gifting? Coached skill? Or is it just unbounded enthusiasm?
