What the Urge to Quit Is Really Telling You

Often, a thought like "I think I should quit" isn't really about quitting—it's a cry for help. A signal that something needs to shift. In this episode, I'm talking about why we need to stop treating that urge like it's a bad thing. "Quitting", whether on the macro or micro level, doesn't make you a failure. In fact, putting letting go on the table (and either shifting to something more aligned or choosing it again after reevaluating) can be the most empowered move you make.

You're allowed to leave things behind—without fear, without guilt, and without spiraling into "maybe I'm not good enough." You didn't build a business to be stuck in a different kind of hamster wheel. The point is to create money, freedom, and a life that reflects your values.
