During this session, you are invited to participate in the practice of creating a different environment. In the first part of the session, Eartha presents a guided review of how to bring focus to the mechanics of the breath from a mindfulness perspective. You will even have time to practice tips imagery, which opens fascinating doors to upper levels of mental openness. In the second part of this session, Eartha will demonstrate how to practice mindful breathing and relaxation breathing. You are encouraged to find a space to practice for at least 5 minutes. Remember, your safety is paramount, so ensure you practice in a secure and comfortable area.
