If you're one of those people who are constantly growing and learning and working on yourself, there very likely will come a time where you outgrow the original people you set out to help.

There's a couple ways forward here, and I'll talk to you about them in this episode...plus how to tell if you've actually outgrown your audience.

If you're in alignment, on assignment, no problem, keep doing what you're doing, just keep your mind open to transition if and when it's necessary.
