There are plenty of positive signs regarding COVID-19 in Canada, with vaccination rates leading the world and case counts coming down, but the fourth wave is on the horizon. There are worrying signs in several countries around the world, with some jurisdictions considering further mask mandates and lockdowns. All we know so far is that the fourth wave is going to be different, so an epidemiologist takes us through what it might look like.
